Participation in the EXCELLENCE – WARSAW NEW YEAR TANGO MARATHON (hereinafter referred to as “Ex”) is possible only after prior registration and inclusion in the list of members by the organizer.

Participation in the “Ex” is possible in the New Year’s Eve (1 day), as well as full (4 days)

It is not possible to buy a ticket at the entrance, “Ex” has a closed list of participants!

Registration for “Ex” can be done in pairs as well as solo, but the organizer, taking care of gender balance, may place solo registrants on the waiting list until the balance is restored.

The organizers reserve the right to select participants due to the limited number of places at “Ex”.

To register, please fill in the registration form available on our website. Upon receipt of your registration, an automatic confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Within the next three days you will receive an email with information about eligibility and payment.

After successfully qualifying for the “EX” and booking the contribution for Milonga Warszawska, you will receive an e-mail with information that you have been sign on the list of “Ex” participants.

The participant has 3 days to make the payment. If we do not record the payment within this period, the application will be canceled.

All costs related to the payment, transfer or currency conversion are borne by the participant. The organizer will ask the participant to compensate the payment in the event of receiving a lower amount than the amount specified in the registration form.

Resignation after 14 days before the event, the fee is not refundable!

The right to participate in a Marathon may not be transferred to another person.

The organizer reserves the right to confirm the participant’s identity with an identity card or other identity document.

In the case of an “Ex” cancellation by the organizer, the payments are returned to the accounts within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

The list of participants in the EXCELLENCE – WARSAW NEW YEAR TANGO MARATHON will be closed on DECEMBER 26, 2023 (3 days before the event). After this date, ONLINE registration will not be possible.

Your data is used by us for purposes related to the organization of the Grouping (booking, organizational information, data analysis, direct marketing of own products and services), organized by the Association.

The data provided to the Association may be transferred to third parties in the European Union and outside this area if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator: (accounting companies, hotels, public authorities to whom the data is transferred under the law) .

Your data will be processed during the implementation of the event for which it was provided, and then for a period of 24 months from the end of the event.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit your consent to its processing and request its transfer to other entities at any time.

The data provided by you is not and will not be used for profiling.
